Étoile Fréjus Saint-Raphaël

Étoile Fréjus Saint -Raphaël Football Club is a French football club from the neighboring towns of Fréjus and Saint- Raphaël. It was created in summer 2009 by the merger of Étoile Sportive Fréjusienne with Stade Raphaëlois. The League team plays at the Stade Eugène- Pourcin, which has a capacity of 2,500 seats. History

Founded in 1938 as Étoile Sportive de Fréjus Plage, the ESFP 1941 or 1942 concluded with the football department of the Association Sportive de Fréjus together - this had emerged from the Sporting Club Fréjusienne founded in 1923 - and became the independent ÉS Fréjus. The club colors were blue and white. The football players took advantage of the built in 1947 Stade municipal de Fréjus Plage, which was for a flood victims renamed Stade Eugène- Pourcin after the dam break Malpasset 1959. Its 650 seats complete seat grandstand was then built with the financial support (donation ) of Real Madrid.

League membership and achievements
