Eureko

Eureko B. V. is the name of the largest Dutch insurance group with its headquarters in Zeist. The Group consists of twelve companies in the insurance and reinsurance sector.

The main shareholder is the Centraal Beheer Achmea, a Dutch insurance company, which corresponds to the structure after a German mutual insurance association. Another major shareholder is the Dutch Rabobank, since they earned their insurance subsidiary in 2005 in the group and in turn to the major shareholder (share as of January 1, 2009, approximately 32 %) was.

For several years, the group has grown strongly to Eastern and Southeastern Europe.
