European Christian Political Youth Network

The European Christian Political Youth Network (official name: European Christian Political Youth Network, in short: ECPYN ) is an organization, the Christian, politically active young people from across Europe brings. ECPYN tries to support these young people, so as to strengthen the Christian politics in Europe. The ECPYN is connected to the European Christian Political Movement.

Formation

In Kortenberg (Belgium ) the ECPYN was founded in July 2004. The founding members were the organizations Perspectief (boy ChristianUnion ) from the Netherlands and other European Christian political youth organizations, such as the Young Evangelical People's Party and the Young Swiss Federal Democratic Union (from Switzerland ). The establishment of the ECPYN was one of the results of the "International Summer School ", which was attended by young people from all over Europe.

Events

Since 2004 is organized in a different place, the " International Summer School " from the ECPYN every year. The event will include, among other speeches, workshops and trips to a political issue. In 2005, the Summer School was in Lunteren (Netherlands ), 2006 in Birstonas (Lithuania ), 2007 in Würzburg ( Germany ), 2008 in Chisinau (Moldova ) and organized in Risan (Montenegro ) 2009.
