European Inventor Award

The European Inventor Award is awarded by the European Patent Office ( EPO).

The prize is awarded to European inventors in the field of industry and research. In addition, a single prize is awarded annually to an inventor for his life's work and another prize to an inventor who does not come from Europe.

Partners are the country holding the EU Presidency and the European Commission. Up to and including 2009, the price European Inventor of the Year Award was said. He is the only European price, the solutions in Applied appreciates art.
