Description

Vegetative characteristics

Eurycoma longifolia grows as a shrub or small tree in Ur and secondary forests up to plant height, usually 12 to rarely to 15 meters. They grow without or with few erect branches.

The leaves are usually umbrella-like focus on the tips of the branches. The 45 to 80 -inch-long leaves are pinnate. The 20 to 30 pair each against constantly opposing leaflets are leathery and narrow oblong.

Generative features
