Eurycyda

Eurykyda ( Εὐρυκύδα ancient Greek ) is a female figure of Greek mythology.

Eurykyda was loud Pausanias, a daughter of the King Endymion of Elis. Her brothers were Aetolus, Paion and Epeios. She witnessed with the sea god Poseidon a son named Eleios that his successor in the domination of Elis was after escaping his uncle Aetolus. The ancient geographer Strabo indicates that in westpeloponnesischen Triphylia, which was expected later to Elis, two sacred groves were that Ionaion and Eurykydeion were called.
