Evgeny Fedorov

Yevgeny Fyodorov Jurjewitsch (Russian: Евгений Юрьевич Фёдоров; born November 11, 1980 in Sverdlovsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since September 2013 in Ekaterinburg Awtomobilist from the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Yevgeny Fyodorov began his career as a hockey player with Krylia Sovetov Moscow, for which he was active in the Russian Super League from 1997 to 1999. After a further two years in their league rivals Molot Perm - Prikamye the attacker moved in summer 2001 to Ak Bars Kazan, with whom he 02 was runner-up in the 2001 /. After four seasons in the Kazan links gunman was committed in 2005 by the reigning champions HK Dynamo Moscow. After another change of club the Center was two years later the IIHF European Champions Cup win with the HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk 2008. In addition, Fedorov reached in the 2008 /09 season with Metallurg the final in the newly formed Champions Hockey League, where he lost to the ZSC Lions of the Swiss National League A with his team.

In the following two years he played one season each for the HK and HK Spartak Moscow MWD Balaschicha before he was obliged by HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk in July 2011. For Yugra he played until December 2013, before transferring to HK Sibir Novosibirsk and with that reached the KHL play-offs. In September 2013 he received a contract with Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg.

Internationally

For Russia Fedorov took part in the Ice Hockey World Championship U20 juniors in 2000, where he took second place with his team.
