Fairport Harbor is a village in Lake County in the U.S. state of Ohio. The town lies at the mouth of the Grand River in Lake Erie. The population consisted of 3180 inhabitants in 2000.

Geography and cityscape

Located at the mouth of the Grand River in Lake Erie, the place has several ports in the area of the river, both in the river and in Lake Erie, which are used today or in part, for commercial purposes.
