Fargetta
Mario Fargetta [ fardʒet - ta ] ( born July 19, 1962 in Lissone ), also known by its project name Get Far (also Get- Far ), is an Italian dance and house DJ and producer.
Biography
Already in the 1970s Fargetta began as a DJ since he was 24, he has their own broadcasts at Milan station Radio DeeJay. In the 1990s, he successfully produced his own singles under the name Fargetta. With Music, The Music Is Movin ' and Your Love in 1992 and 1993 he had several hits that made it not only in his homeland until the charts.
His greatest success was the Italians in the late 1990s when he joined forces with Alex Farolfi under the name The Tamperer. In addition there were Giuliano Saglio and singer Maya Days. With Feel It 1998 they had a big international hit, which reached the Top 10 in the UK and Ireland Place 1 and in many other countries. With If You Buy This Record and Hammer to the Heart was followed by two more UK Top 10 hits.
In addition to producing his own singles Fargetta is also in demand as a remixer, especially in the Italian music scene, where he worked for Jovanotti, Laura Pausini, Gianna Nannini, Gigi D' Alessio and Raf. He also created for blur a dance version of their hit Boys & Girls. From the mid 1990s he used the pseudonym of Get Far too sure that even his new project name was in the late 2000s.
In 2007 he published as Get Far Shining Star with the single Sagi Rei as a singer. It was another international hit, reaching number 17 on the charts in France. 2010 was followed by the single The Radio, which reached number 1 in the Czech charts.
Music
Fargetta builds his songs often known pop songs to stay at while providing them clearly. So Music is based on the eponymous hit song by John Miles, who hit Tamperer Feel It is a dance version of Jackson's hits Can You Feel It and the sequel If You Buy This Record contains excerpts from Madonna's Material Girl. The radio is based on a melody of his compatriot Angelo Branduardi from the song Il giocatore di biliardo.
