Favez

Favez is a rock band from Lausanne, Switzerland. The band is much better known abroad than in their home country.

On their first three albums, the band name was still Favez Disciples, later shortened the name. In interviews, the band was called always a character from the movie Le Mans with Steve McQueen as a reason for the name, in a personal conversation referred Singer Chris Wicky but on the book Le Vampire de Ropraz of the writer ( and former French teacher of Guy and Chris ) Jacques Chessex as the actual source of inspiration for the choice of name.
