FC Sportist Svoge

The FK Sportist Swoge ( Bulgarian ФК Спортист Своге ) is a Bulgarian football club from Swoge, which currently plays in the Bulgarian B Grupa. The club colors are blue / white.

History

The club was founded in 1924 under the name Sportist Swoge. 1949, the club was named DSNM Swoge. From 1952 to 1954 he was called Minyor Svoge and 1954-1957 only Swoge. From 1957, the team acquired its current name FC Sportist Swoge. By 2007, the team played only in the third and fourth division. In the 2006/07 season the club was relegated to the B Grupa. Followed in 2009, the surprising rise in the A Grupa, where he could keep only one season (A Grupa 2009/10).
