Fedor Malykhin

Fyodor Mikhailovich Malychin (Russian Фёдор Михайлович Малыхин; born November 13, 1990 in Sverdlovsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since 2010 in Yekaterinburg Awtomobilist in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Fyodor Malychin began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of Spartakowez Yekaterinburg, where he was active until 2005. Then the attacker played two years in the junior section of the HC Traktor Chelyabinsk, before he returned in 2007 to his hometown and there joined Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg. First, he spent two years playing for the second team of Awtomobilist in the third-tier league Perwaja and then also for two years for the boys team Awto Yekaterinburg in the multinational junior league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja league. In the 2009/10 season he was top scorer with 42 of the MHL. Parallel to the game operating in the MHL gave the Russians in the 2010/11 season his debut for the first team of Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg in the Continental Hockey League. He remained no points in five games and received six penalty minutes.
