Fievel's American Tails
An American Tail & Friends (English Fievel 's American Tails ) is an American animated television series that was produced from 1992 to 1993. It is based on the animated film An American Tail walkers as well as its sequel, An American Tail Wanderer in the Wild West.
Content
The series revolves around the adventures of the little mice Rich's An American Tail Mousekewitz that he experiences with his family and his friends. In the small town of Green River in the Wild West makes them especially the evil cat Cat R. Waul to create. But ultimately, it creates American Tail, to free themselves from any tricky situation.
Characters
- An American Tail Mousekewitz (English Fievel ) is a small mice Rich. He wears a cowboy hat ( unlike the first film where he wears a blue hat) and a red sweater. An American Tail is always ready to make new discoveries and adventures.
- Tiger is a hangover and Feivels best friend. Tiger is a vegetarian and therefore safe for the mice.
- Cat R. Waul is a hangover and the main enemy of the mice.
Production and publication
The series was produced in 1992 and 1993 from Universal Animation Studios, directed by Lawrence Zelig Jacobs on a design by David Kirschner. The music was composed by Milan Kymlicka. The series was broadcast from 3 September 1992 to December 5, 1992 by CBS in the United States.
From 1 January 1994, the series was broadcast in Germany Sat.1. In German all 13 episodes on three DVDs are available. An American Tail & his friends was, among other things translated into Italian.
