The parliamentary elections in Finland 1995 was held on 19 March 1995. It was the choice for 32 Finnish Parliament.

, The parties accept the hitherto ruling under Prime Minister Esko Aho center-right government, led by the Centre Party had losses. The Social Democrats with Paavo Lipponen as a top candidate succeeded in gaining six percentage points and was the best result of the post-War period strongest force in front of the Centre Party and the conservative National Coalition Party.

Of the smaller parties lost primarily to land Party of Finland (SMP). The SMP was represented from 1995 on, only with a mandate holders in the Finnish parliament. The Left Alliance won easily to and was fourth strongest force. The Liberal People's Party lost its mandate during the liberal young Finns feeder with two mandates managed. After the election, Paavo Lipponen was Prime Minister. He led the so-called rainbow coalition of Social Democrats, Conservatives, Finland Sweden, Left and Greens.

The turnout was 71.9 %, which is 0.2 percentage points below the turnout at the last parliamentary election in 1991.

Paavo Lipponen (Social Democratic Party) was the successor to Prime Minister Esko Aho ( Centre Party ).
