Firefly (airline)

Firefly (actually FlyFirefly Sdn Bhd ) is a Malaysian regional airline based in Kuala Lumpur and based on the Kuala Lumpur Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. It is a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines.

History

Firefly was founded on April 3, 2007.

Destinations

Firefly flies from their home base in Kuala Lumpur to the objectives Alor Setar, Johor Bahru, Kerteh, Kuantan, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bahru, Langkawi and Penang in Malaysia, to Phuket and Ko Samui in Thailand, Batam, Medan, Padang and Pekanbaru in Indonesia and Singapore. From Penang, she flies to Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Langkawi, Malaysia, to Phuket in Thailand and to Banda Aceh and Medan, Indonesia.
