FK Mogren

The FK Mogren Budva is a Montenegrin football club based in the coastal town of Budva. Founded Mogren Budva 1920. The club plays its home matches at the stadium Lugova.

History

After the independence of Montenegro was the FK Mogren 2006 Founding member of the Prva Crnogorska Liga, the top division of the country. In the first season we finished 5th. 2008 it was third in the championship, the same year the club was able to win his first title with the Montenegrin Cup. 2008/ 09 to debut in the UEFA Cup, where the team in the first qualifying round tie against Hapoel Ironi Kiryat Shmona the retired. The first leg ended 1-1. The return match was, however, lost 3-0.

In the 2008 /09 season of FK Mogren won his first championship title. In qualifying for the Champions League 2009/10 he sat down in the first round against Hibernians Paola by, before retiring against FC Copenhagen. With a third place in the Championship 2009/10, the team qualified for them Europa League 2010/11, where she beat in the first qualifying round UE Santa Coloma and then retired against Maccabi Tel Aviv.

In the season 2010/11 FK Mogren picked in the last round his second championship title.
