Flandreau is the second - most northern point of the Moody County in the U.S. state of South Dakota. With a population of 2,805 (as of 31 December 2004), it is also the largest city of the county. The town was named after Judge Charles E. Flandreau and is the county seat of Moody County. In the city of Flandreau Santee Sioux managing the tribe is located.
