Florian Fuchs

Florian Fuchs (born 10 November 1991 in Hamburg ) is a German hockey player. He was awarded the German Hockey Team 2012 Olympic champion.

Career

Fox began his career in the youth of the Uhlenhorster HC in Hamburg. 2008 and 2011 he was with the UHC German Youth Champion. Since 2008 he plays with the men's team in field hockey league and was in his first season German vice-champion. Also in the Euro Hockey League, he could be with the UHC runner-up.

In 2006 and 2007, played Florian Fuchs for the U16 squad of the German national team. His first youth international game he played on 4 July 2006 against France. With the U21 national Fuchs 2009 World Champion in Singapore. On November 28, 2009 Fox debuted in the senior team. With the team he finished in 2nd place in the Champions Trophy 2009 in Melbourne.
