Focke-Wulf Fw 186

The Focke -Wulf Fw 186 was a gyroplane of Henrich Focke.

The gyroplane was designed 1937/38, based on the built by Focke- Wulf under license autogyro Cierva C.30. The Fw 186 was a conventional gyrocopter with an Argus As 10 C engine with 240 hp. As competition design for the Fieseler Fi 156, the Fw 186 was intended as a STOL aircraft. However, the Fi 156, ultimately, the Fw 186 was preferred. There are no known performance.
