Folsom is a Village in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, in the United States. The population was 525 at the last census in 2000. The place is named after the wife of Grover Cleveland, Cornelia Frances Folsom Cleveland Preston and is the birthplace of Werly Fairburn, a country and rockabilly singer.
