Forza Motorsport

Forza Motorsport is a racing game for the Xbox video game console, developed by Microsoft. Since the release of the game has received numerous awards as a realistic racing game on a game console. The game was released in the U.S. on 3 May 2005 in Germany on 13 May 2005. 2007, the successor to the Xbox 360 was released: Forza Motorsport 2 The third part of the series, Forza Motorsport 3, published in 2009, Forza Motorsport 4 came on 14 October 2011 in the trade.

Gameplay

Many people were surprised at the announcement of Forza, because Microsoft already had a popular racing game series called Project Gotham Racing ( PGR) on the market. The biggest difference, however, was that increasingly drove in Forza on realistic, rural tracks and many routes of PGR were located in cities. Forza Motorsport was also designed with more emphasis on accurate simulation, with PGR was more of an action racing game.

Forza is also known for its damage model, which is both realistic visual damage, as well as changes in driving behavior of the car. This causes, in contrast to the Gran Turismo series, as each accident or collision require a different game behavior a different driving style. The game features both realistic routes such as Silverstone Circuit and Laguna Seca Raceway, and fictional, such as road courses through New York, Rio de Janeiro or by known landscapes such as the Alps. A highlight of the available routes is the Nordschleife of the Nürburgring.

Another special feature is the outward change of cars, since a variety of opportunities as are available to modify the vehicle in the tuning mode or to change with stickers and patterns.
