Four Seasons Hotel and Residences

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, is a hotel and residential complex in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The complex consists of two high-rise buildings, the hotel building is about 205 meters high with 55 floors and the residential building about 125 meters high with 30 floors. The building complex is located on the 36 Yorkville Avenue in the Yorkville district. The hotel is owned by the Canadian hotel chain Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

The buildings were designed by Peter Clewes of architect alliance. The building complex was built by Menkes Development Inc.. The penthouse on the 55th floor was bought for 28 million C $ of an unknown person. This was the most expensive apartment sold in Canada.

The building will feature a large ballroom, restaurants, conference rooms, spa and wellness facilities, a gym and swimmpingpool and a park.
