Franck Pourcel

Franck Pourcel ( born August 14, 1913 in Marseille, † November 12, 2000 in Neuilly -sur -Seine ) was a French band leader, composer and violinist. In addition to Raymond Lefèvre and Paul Mauriat and his orchestra, he was one of the leading easy-listening musicians of France.

According to the Billboard Book of One-Hit Wonders by Wayne Jancik (1998), he sold over 15 million records worldwide.
