Frank Joseph Dewane

Frank Joseph Dewane ( born March 9, 1950 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States) is a bishop of Venice.

Life

Frank Joseph Dewane received on 16 July 1988, the sacrament of Holy Orders for the Diocese of Green Bay.

April 25, 2006 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him. the Coadjutor Bishop of Venice. The Bishop of Venice, John Joseph Nevins, donated to him on July 25th of that year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Archbishop of Miami, John Favalora, and the Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid Martin. Frank Joseph Dewane was on 19 January 2007 as the successor of John Joseph Nevins, who resigned for reasons of age, Bishop of Venice.
