Frank Orth
Frank Orth ( born February 21, 1880 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, † March 17, 1962 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California ) was an American actor.
Life
Frank Orth began his acting career in 1897 at the theater, when he appeared with his future wife Ann Codee with the piece Codee and Orth at the Vaudeville. To 1909, Orth tried as a songwriter. From 1928 he played for the first time with the movie. He has appeared in over 170 film and television productions. Among them he also starred in the film series by Dr. Kildare and around Nancy Drew with. He ended his acting career in 1959, after he underwent a revenge operation.
Until her death on May 18, 1961 Orth was married to his wife Codee almost five decades. 10 months later he himself died and has since been buried next to his wife at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
