Franz Loskarn

Franz Loskarn ( May 3, 1890 in Munich, † April 23, 1978 ) was a German actor and Bavarian folk actor.

Life

The trained goldsmith took singing and acting lessons with Viktor Schwanneke. From 1914 to 1918 he was a war veteran. In the autumn of 1918 he made ​​his stage debut in Ingolstadt.

Loskarn developed into a typical folk actor, who appeared at various stages of Bavaria. In Munich, he worked among other things on popular theater and the Munich Chamber games. At the Konrad Dreher stage he was temporarily working as a senior director.

From 1927 he was also seen in movies. As a supporting actor, he appeared in numerous productions with rough - romantic, alpine background with; its role as a Communist leader in the propaganda film blood brotherhood was one of the exceptions. Loskarn, who was also frequently worked in broadcasting, acquired last better known as a court clerk Haberkorn in the popular television series Royal Bavarian district court.
