Frederic Louis Norden

Frederic Louis Norden ( German form of the name Friedrich Ludwig north) ( born October 22, 1708 Gluckstadt, Holstein, † September 22, 1742 in Paris) was a Danish naval officer and explorer.

After he had spent 1734 to 1737 in Florence and Rome, he traveled from 1737 to 1738 on behalf of the Danish king of Egypt.
