Frederick II, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg

Frederick II the Pious (* 1418, † March 19, 1478 in Celle ) Duke of Brunswick- Lüneburg, was from 1434 to 1457 and from 1472 to 1478 Prince of Lüneburg.

Life

After the death of his father Bernhard, he took with his brother Otto, the government in the Principality of Lüneburg.
