Friedrich Nietzsche Prize
The Friedrich Nietzsche Prize has been awarded since 1996 by the State of Saxony- Anhalt in honor of the poet and philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, a German -language essayistic or scientific work to philosophical items and questions. Until 2006, he was awarded every two years, since he is awarded every three years, alternating with the Wilhelm Müller Award and the George Kaiser Award. The award is endowed with 15,000 euros.
