Frillesås

Frillesås is a place ( Tätort ) in the Swedish province of Halland County, in the historical province of Halland. The place is located in the municipality of Kungsbacka, about 25 km south of Kungsbacka on the Kattegat. Through the village leads the Västkustbanan, but is the location of a breakpoint. The European Route 6 between Helsingborg and Gothenburg runs west of Frillesås.

In Frillesås the first Baptist baptism was held in Sweden in 1848. There are a Baptist Memorial Church in Frillesås. The town has about 2000 inhabitants. The majority of the working people pre-eminently to Gothenburg.
