Frode Hagen

Frode Hagen (born 23 July 1974 in Drammen ) is a retired Norwegian handball player.

He played for Drammen HK, SG Flensburg- Handewitt, HSG Nordhorn and FC Barcelona before moving to Kiel in 2004. By the end of the season 2005/ 06 Copenhagen was an important support for the team. Hagen played since 2006 Drammen HK.

His international debut he gave on 29 October 1994 Arendal against Egypt. Since then, he has completed 188 international caps and has thereby thrown 574 goals. In 2005, he got out of the national team. However, two years later he returned to the national team back to participate with Norway to the European Handball Championship 2008 in their own country.
