Fructuosus

Fructuosus (also Fructuosus of Tarragona) ( January 21 † 259 ) was the first known Bishop of the Western Roman Tarraco ( Tarragona in Catalonia today ).

During the persecution of Christians under Valerian and Gallienus Fructuosus was thrown together with his deacons Augurius and Eulogius into prison and condemned to the stake as a martyr.
