Fu'an

Fuan (Chinese福安 市, pinyin Fuan ) is an independent city in the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of south China's Ningde, Fujian Province. It has an area of ​​1795 km ² and has with State 1999 596 577 inhabitants.
