Fuad Hassan
Fuad Hassan ( born June 26, 1929 in Semarang, † December 7, 2007 in Jakarta ) was an Indonesian politician.
Life
Hassan has studied psychology at the University of Indonesia. Later, he served as his country's ambassador in Egypt. From 1985 to 1993 he was in the fourth and fifth Cabinet under President Suharto Minister of Education and Culture.
Since 2005, Fuad Hassan was suffering from lung cancer. On 7 December 2007 the politician died in Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital in Jakarta at the age of 78 years.
