Fujisawa Shu
Shuu Fujisawa (藤 沢 周jap, Fujisawa Shuu; born January 10, 1959 in Niigata Prefecture ) is a Japanese writer.
Fujisawa studied Japanese literature at Hosei University, where he also taught from 2004. Since 1996 he works as an editor for the Tosho Shimbun. In 1993 he made his debut as a writer with the novel ZON where hidari ni Magare. After three nominations for the Akutagawa Prize (1995, 1996 and 1997 ) and four nominations for the Noma Literary Prize 1998 he was awarded the Akutagawa Prize for the novel Buenos Aires gozen Reiji.
