Ga'at

Ga'at ( Tigrinya: ጋኣት ) is a dish of the ethnic groups Habesha, Tigre and Bilen, and thus used in Eritrea and Ethiopia. It is generally prepared as a breakfast, but especially for celebrations after childbirth.
