Gabon Airlines was an airline based in Gabon Libreville and hub at Libreville Leon M'ba its airport.

History

The airline was owned by private investors, banks and insurance companies. On 8 November 2006, the Ministry issued by Gabon 's official approval to carry out scheduled flights in the country and launched on 11 April 2007, the airline placed its first flight from Libreville to Paris. Ethiopian Airlines took over the management staff and carried out the maintenance of the aircraft. The airline established 2011, a flight operations after the European Union has set this to the list of operating bans for the airspace of the European Union. Then also withdrew the Air Ministry, the operating license.

Objectives

The main business of the airline had flights between Africa and Europe, there were flights to Paris and Johannesburg offered among others.
