Gaby Bußmann

Gabriele " Gaby " Bussmann ( born October 8, 1959 in Haltern am See, Westphalia ) is a German athlete who had worked as a 400-meter runner successfully in the 1970s and 1980s. The highlight of her career was the bronze medal with the 4 x 400 meters relay at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Successes in detail

Gaby Bussmann initially belonged to the ASV Cologne, from 1982, the LG Ahlen / Hamm, and trained with Werner Späth. In her playing days, she was 1.70 m tall and weighed 57 kg. After her athletic career, she was certified psychologist and certified psychotherapist psychological doctorate, and specialized in sport psychology. Currently, she manages inter alia on the Federal Executive of the vaulters and eventing.
