Gaby Bußmann

Gabriele " Gaby " Bussmann ( born October 8, 1959 in Haltern am See, Westphalia ) is a German athlete who had worked as a 400-meter runner successfully in the 1970s and 1980s. The highlight of her career was the bronze medal with the 4 x 400 meters relay at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Gaby Bussmann initially belonged to the ASV Cologne, from 1982, the LG Ahlen / Hamm, and trained with Werner Späth. In her playing days, she was 1.70 m tall and weighed 57 kg. After her athletic career, she was certified psychologist and certified psychotherapist psychological doctorate, and specialized in sport psychology.
