Gallela Prasad

Prasad Gallela ( born April 7, 1962 in Adoni, Andhra Pradesh, India) is the Bishop of Cuddapah.

Life

Prasad Gallela received on March 1, 1989, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On 31 January 2008 he was named Pope Benedict XVI. Bishop of Cuddapah. The Archbishop of Hyderabad, Marampudi Joji, donated to him on 1 March of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Vijayawada, Prakash Mallavarapu, and the Bishop of Nellore, Prakasam Doraboina Moses.
