Game Boy Camera

The Game Boy Camera ( Pocket Camera in Japan ) is a 1998 published peripheral for the Game Boy. It is developed by Nintendo, black and white digital camera that can be inserted into the cartridge slot of the Game Boy. In conjunction with the simultaneously published Game Boy Printer, it is possible to take photos with the Game Boy and print directly. The Game Boy Camera in four colors (blue, yellow, green and red) in Japan, the U.S. and Europe appeared.

It is also possible to read out the stored images using a computer connected to the link port cable and transfer it to the PC. For this purpose, an emulator is required.

In addition to the camera function, the module has commanded various mini-games such as a Classic shoot em 'up, though it was usually possible to include pictures.
