Gaylord Silly

Gaylord Silly (French: [ Sijé ]; born 20 February 1986) is a long-distance runner with French and Seychelles citizenship.

Life

Silly began his international career in 2007 with the participation of the Indian Ocean Iceland Games in Antananarivo. In 2008 he took part in the World Cross Country Championships as the sole representative of the Seychelles. With a time of 43:03 minutes, he finished the twelve- kilometer race of men more than eight minutes behind the winner. In 2009 Silly participated in the World Half Marathon Championships, before moving in 2010 to the World Cross Country Championships. He lives and works in France.
