General National Maritime Transport Company

The General National Maritime Transport Company ( GNMTC ) is the state-owned shipping company in Libya.

The GNMTC was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Tripoli, as well as branches in Malta and Hong Kong.

The fleet comprises mainly crude oil, LPG and chemical tankers of various sizes up to Suezmax.
