Georg Ehnes

Georg Ehnes ( born September 27, 1920 in Mittelstetten at Wörnitz, † April 27, 1991 ) was a German politician of the CSU.

Life

Ehnes, who was Protestant faith, took over military service and captivity in 1946 the family farm. From 1967 on, he was Chairman of the Central Franconian district of the Bavarian Farmers Association. In 1971 he was also Chairman of the Central Association of milk producers in Bavaria.

From 1947 to 1965 he was a member of the council of his home town. From 1952 to 1972 he was Member of District Assembly.

He was from 1958 to October 9, 1961 Bavarian Landtag, from 1961 to September 19, 1972 Member of the Bundestag and from 1 July 1972 to 1990 District Administrator of Ansbach, after he had been since 1955 Deputy District Administrator. His seat in Parliament was in 1961 during the ongoing fourth term to Heinrich Meier as substitutes.

Among other things, Ehnes was from 1970 to 1991 and member of the Bavarian Senate and President of the Bavarian Farmers Association of Middle Franconia. Georg Ehnes coined the new district of Ansbach significantly and led the circle parts of Gunzenhausen, Neustadt / Aisch, the Altkreise Rothenburg oT, Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl and wet cheeks together to form a homogeneous unit.
