Georgy Poltavchenko

Georgi Sergeyevich Poltavchenko (Russian Георгий Сергеевич Полтавченко, scientific transliteration Georgii Sergeevich Poltavchenko, Azerbaijani Georgi Poltavçenko, born February 23, 1953 in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR ) is a Russian politician and governor of Saint Petersburg.

Training

Poltawtschenkos family moved when he was seven years old, to Leningrad.
