Ghulam Mohammad Shah

Ghulam Mohammad Shah ( born July 20, 1920 in Srinagar, † January 6, 2009 ) was an Indian politician. He had on July 2, 1984 held the office of the Chief Minister of the state of Jammu and Kashmir to 5 March 1986.

In 1944, he joined, founded by his father Mohammed Abdullah Jammu & Kashmir National Conference Party.

Shah dissolved in 1984 his brother Farooq Abdullah as Chief Minister from. His own term of office was completed March 1986 by President's rule and Farooq Abdullah was again Chief Minister.

Shah was married and had two sons and a daughter.
