Giacomo Furia
Giacomo Furia ( born January 2, 1925 in Naples ) is an Italian actor and screenwriter.
Life
Furia began on the stage directly after the Second World War alongside Eduardo De Filippo and turned two years later, his first film with Mario Mattoli. This was the beginning of a fruitful career in many film comedies as a partner of Totò, Aldo Fabrizi or Tina Pica - but also in serious roles alongside Marcello Mastroianni and Sophia Loren. He played under directors such as Federico Fellini, Alberto Lattuada and Mario Soldati.
In 1954, he also worked for television and has appeared in many roles; his credits include about 150 performances.
Published in 1997 Furia his autobiography, " Le maggio rate, il principe e l' ultimo degli onesti " ( Amico Vip ). Three times he became a screenwriter in appearance.
