Gian Franco Terenzi

Gian Franco Terenzi ( born January 2, 1941) is a san- marinesischer politicians of the Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese.

Life

Terenzi earned a degree in industrial engineering and then a doctorate in sociology. Since 1961 he has been an entrepreneur. He was from 1976 for 33 years chairman of the Sammarinese Chamber of Crafts UNAS and was a member of the Board of the National Olympic Committee of San Marino CONS. Gian Franco Terenzi is married and has two children.

Policy

Terenzi is a member of the Christian Democratic Party PDCS and since 1978 Member of the Consiglio Grande e Generale parliament of San Marino. In the legislative period from 2008 he is a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Group of San Marino at the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Terenzi officiated three times - from October 1987 to April 1988, October 2000 to April 2001 and April to October 2006 - as Capitano Reggente, head of state of San Marino.
