Gigi Galli

Gianluigi "Gigi" Galli ( born January 13, 1973) is an Italian rally driver.

Galli went from 1998 in the World Rally Championship, the most Sébastien Loeb won in recent years. Galli still did not succeed in winning a World Championship race, but he placed twice on the podium. This last, when he finished third in the Rally Sweden in February 2008. Galli fought his way to 56 points, including 17 in 2008.

In the Germany Rally in August 2008, he crashed hard when his vehicle ran off the track and crashed into trees at the edge of the track. Galli was trapped in the car and suffered a femur fracture that forced him to take a break for the rest of the season. His co-driver remained uninjured.
