Gisle Fenne

Gisle Oddvar Fens ( born June 9, 1963 in Voss ) is a former Norwegian biathlete.

In the Biathlon World Championships 1989 in Feistritz an der Drau, he won over the 20 -kilometer route the silver medal. He was between the mid- 1980s and mid-1990s, together with Eirik Kvalfoss the strongest Norwegian Biatheleten. Fennes strength lay mainly when shooting, less when running.

Fens won at Biathlon World Championships, two silver and two bronze medals, he also was two-time Norwegian champion.

He is the father of two sons and a daughter, his son Thomas took already part in the World Youth Championship.
