Glen De Boeck

Glen De Boeck ( born August 22, 1971 in Boom) is a former Belgian footballer and current football coach. Since 2012, he coached the Erstligaelf of Waasland.

Career

De Boeck began his career at KV Mechelen. In 1995 he moved to RSC Anderlecht. Here he was initially controversial, but built his technical skills and became one of the best central defender of the Jupiler League. In 2005 he had a knee injury end his career and was adopted into the coaching staff of the RSC Anderlecht.

De Boeck was Belgian national team. His debut for the Red Devils, he was in a friendly against Gabon on October 6, 1993. Until 2002, he was in 36 games, while he managed to score a goal. He was at the World Championships in 1998 and 2002 to the Belgian squad.
